Assistant Principal Teacher of English

We require a well-qualified enthusiast, able to instil a love of literature, from August 2020 to teach at all levels up to Advanced Higher (equivalent to ‘A’ Level) in a thriving Department.  A readiness to contribute to the schools’ extra-curricular programme is also essential.  Applicants should be registered, or be eligible for registration, with the GTC Scotland.

The schools' wraparound care services continue to expand and we are always interested to hear from those who are interested to work in our evolving Early Morning, After School and Holiday Clubs. Working within an enthusiastic and dynamic team, staff are responsible for the out of school care of boys and girls aged from 3 to 7 years, based on The Mary Erskine School campus at Ravelston, or with those aged 8 to 12 years, based on the Stewart's Melville College campus at Queensferry Road.
