Competing against 160 of the best runners in Scotland at the Scottish Schools' Cross Country Championships, the U15 Stewart's Melville College team of Jonathan Jackson (S2), Forbes Jackson (S2), Sam Brown (S2), Finlay Ross (S1) and Finn Ireland (S2) won silver on a windswept day in Irvine, punching well above its weight. Jonathan Jackson finished 6th over all and is now a contender for selection for the Scottish squad in the forthcoming British championships.
Our Junior School cross country team competed in the Edinburgh Schools' Cross Country Championships and our P7 boys won the event. Well done boys.
