ICT Technical Support Analyst

An enthusiastic and knowledgeable ICT Technical Support Analyst is required to provide a variety of services to the schools.  Software and Operating deployment skills are required.

Candidates must have a proven track record of personal initiative and the ability to work well as part of a busy, dedicated team.  A UK driving licence and car would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will join the ICT Department and be based at the Queensferry Road site. The hours of work are 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.  The annual salary will be based on a scale ranging from £24,657 to £27,006, depending on qualifications and experience.

Early Years Lead Practitioner

We have a vacancy for a full-time, permanent Early Years Lead Practitioner within our three year old room from 12 August 2019.  The successful candidate will be required to oversee the delivery of the highest quality Early Learning and Childcare and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the room.  The Early Years Lead Practitioner will demonstrate energy and drive in all aspects of practice.

Although this is predominantly a term time role, the school offers an extended year provision.  The hours of work will be 38.5 hours per week during term time and 27.5 hours per week during holiday periods.  There is an entitlement to 40 days’ annual leave plus 10 statutory days when the school is closed.  The salary will be in the range £28,056 to £31,074, depending on qualifications and experience.

The schools' wraparound care services continue to expand and we are always interested to hear from those who are interested to work in our evolving Early Morning, After School and Holiday Clubs. Working within an enthusiastic and dynamic team, staff are responsible for the out of school care of boys and girls aged from 3 to 7 years, based on The Mary Erskine School campus at Ravelston, or with those aged 8 to 12 years, based on the Stewart's Melville College campus at Queensferry Road.
