We are extremely sad to announce the sudden passing of Mike Sims, 1972 Daniel Stewart's College leaver, former Chair of the ESMS Governing Council, former Former Pupil Rugby Club President, amongst many other accolades.
Mike was a member of the Governing Council since 2008 and became the Chairman in 2012, standing down from this role in 2018. During his time as Chair of the Governing Council, Mike worked tirelessly to ensure the continued success of the schools.
Mike was a well-known figure in the ESMS Community and will be sadly missed.
